Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt

  • Bring your kids (or grandkids) and join us for our annual Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt at night.  Meet on Saturday, April 19, in the common area at the east end of the subdivision.  Arrive around 7 pm and the hunt will begin once it's dark enough to hunt the eggs.

Annual Member Meeting

  • Our annual meeting for all homeowners was held on March.  See the POA Meeting Minutes tab for a meeting recap.

Trash Pickup Days

  • Our trash pickup day is now on Friday.

  • If you are not receiving calls/texts directly from Republic Services announcing changes, such as delays in service due to weather, holidays, etc., call them to make sure your name and phone number is assigned to your pickup address.  417-865-1717

Some Covenant Reminders

  • Ensure trash carts are out-of-view on non-pickup days.  Trash is to be contained inside the cart and at the curb on pick-up days.  â€‹Republic Services won't take bags outside the cart.

  • All dogs must be chained, fenced in, or kept inside the house and maintained so they do not become a nuisance in any way.  This means no excessive barking while outside.

  • For your safety, garage doors are required to be kept shut throughout the day unless in use.

  • Most exterior changes to your property (home and yard) need approval by the Architectural Committee.  See the request form on this website.

Crime and Safety

  • Thankfully we've had a safe 12 months.  Still, do a safety inspection of your home and your activities using these basic tips:

    • Keep garage doors shut when not outside (this is also a covenant requirement).

    • Keep windows and doors (including storm doors) shut and locked at night.  Do not hide keys outside.

    • Set your alarm at night. Close curtains and blinds.

    • Keep outdoor lights on after dark and/or install motion lights.

    • Trim trees and shrubs to eliminate hiding places.

    • When away, set your alarm, keep some indoor lights on (use timers), and consider playing the radio or have the TV on.

    • eep outside vehicles in the driveway close to the house near a light. Make sure they are locked and no personal belongings, sacks, boxes, etc. are visible.
